Spurred on to try and change attitudes and expectations of the female form, I set about organising, what I hoped would become the ultimate female Flashmob.

Women had 90% of all cosmetic procedures in 2009 compared to 91% of procedures in 2008
Top five 2009 figures for women in order of popularity:


• Breast augmentation: 8,537 – up 1% from last year


• Blepharoplasty (eyelids): 4,827 – up 7%


• Breast Reduction: 4,122 – up 17%


• Face/Neck Lift: 4,005 – down 8%


• Abdominoplasty (tummy tuck): 3,268 – down 7%
